You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. Accounts are for individual use — you may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-collect data from the platform • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Vibno — including profile information, notes, and contact data. By using the Service, you grant Vibno a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

The Vibno platform, brand, and technology — including software, design, logos, and AI features — are owned by Vibno and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a current billing cycle. We may update pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibno and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
